Worst place in sooo may ways. Not updated at all, doesnt tend for the older Tennants cares at all. Hopefully it will get a manager into this place that will care about peoples health and welfare above keeping their eyes closed to mischief. Lived in Rutherford County most of my life and this is one of the properties that I have hoped would have been updated in several different capacities throughout the years. So far its only gotten worse. I pray for these people who Truly do their best to survive in such incomprehensible circumstances such as this. (Have several friends that I care for here)Ex: Rusted out toilets, bathtubs, sinks,water has an odor that is all of its own¥Kitchen sinks,refrigerator has been switched out with others(not replaced with updated or even clean unused) same with the ovens and stoves. Floors and walls have been painted by occupants and not the mantience. These are just a few things that I have learned. No wonder this place cant get better!! more ... hide ...

This is not a good place to live. They cant keep a manager. No maintenance work ever gets done, the grass may get cut every couple of months if we are lucky. My husband and I pay our rent every month yet we get notices i n our mailbox threatening to evict us. more ... hide ...
