KEEP LOOKING!!!! THID IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE MY SON AND I HAVE EVER LIVED. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS NEVER AT WORK AND MS. EBONY is the worst! Very unprofessional and rude. Ive been trying to pay my rent for the past 3 weeks but she havent been at work. Keep in mind, she is the only person in the office. I finally seen her Friday and she said she wasnt accepting rent from me. Ebony said that I have until noon the next day to have all my things out or it will be outside. I wasnt given any notice, no court date or no phone calls. She never answered the phone for anyone. She will not even tell me when my court date was. Ebony said she put a notice on the door but I havent received anything. There are kids that live downstairs and I dont know if they took it off my door or anything. There are no maintence people to fix anything. I had to come out of pocket to fix things because she NEVER did anything about it. My door was locked in and there was nothing done, the light combust one day and set my couch on fire, she didnt do anything about that either. I wish I would have kept driving past this place. more ... hide ...
