Ive been meaning to write a review for a while but have been very busy, but I believe that credit is due. Many people who get online and write reviews is most likely going to be negative, reason being is because when peo ple are happy and content they dont bother getting online to write a review and they probably have much better things to do. Dora is the best property manager Ive ever met. Ive lived at many different apartments and when these became open I jumped on the waiting list. When I first met her she was very respectful and treated me with the same respect I gave her. There was a time that I was in a bad relationship, I was physically abused and she was able to call the cops and get my ex a restraining order for the property. Right after that incident, I spoke with her and she told me some very encouraging words and inspired me to do better. She said I reminded her of her daughter and just like all the other women on the property, she would protect them the same. She said to keep my head up because my daughter and I deserved better. So I took her advice to heart. She helped me change my life. She helped me when noone else would. For that I am forever in debt to her. If you want to live at a place that you are safe and protected, this is the place for you. She not is not only a good manager but there are times when you will see her out on the property cleaning up and pressure washing the stairs and etc. She is the best. Im a retired senior citizen & have been living at the Heritage Square apts for 4 1/2 years now. Ive found that they respond to any maintenance requests in a reasonable length of time as well as keep the grounds well main tained at all times. For the price range, Id say its one of the better complexes for a retired person to live in. Ive never had any problems with my apt or my vehicle & appreciate the security that is afforded here. Management has always been very courteous & helpful. Ive enjoyed living here. more ... hide ...

Living at Stonegate was the absolute worst experience of my life. Management is careless with tenets needs. If your single mother you know it takes a village to raise a child, dont take your children to this village. I k now you might look at this property and think to yourself, \"this looks like a really nice place to raise my little family\", looks a very deceiving and in this particular case they are also expensive. Your going to pay ALOT of money to reside here, its a rip off. ALSO, they go up on the rent at an incredibly offensive rate, which should really be looked at closer, since these apartments accept section 8. Dont make yourself poor to live in this dump. more ... hide ...

I lived here in the year 2015 couple months with my son being born it was okay when Tammy and teresa was in office but when Teresa retired and Tammy moved up things changed in that off my car has been been damaged by a c ompany that was on the property doing work on them building it happened 1 year ago I have called cooperate about emailed no one seems to think my 2019 Jeep cost more then them apartments Tammy failed to call me back and I have still yet to get a email or any information on who the company is who put damages on my Jeep sad case of business more ... hide ...
