Roaches, roaches EVERYWHERE.Units stink like smoke through the AC will give you second hand smoke.Management is 2/10 the receptionist is never in a friendly mood. Will give you the run around.Water is always shut off for some reason.Pest control never sent over ROACHES! Baby ones everywhere and they breed like crazy.Would not live here even if the prices got rolled back because its not worth it.They have apartments that flood when vacant.A lot of suspicious activity especially after hours in the laundromats. Fire station is right next to it but you zone it out after a while. These would be really nice and worth the price tag if they took care of better management and pest. The complex itself is ok. Lots of people hanging out at all times of the day and night but theyre cool though. They have a security guard but I rarely see him but overall I dont have any safety concerns. Neighbors dont p ick up after their dogs.Plenty of parking available. You have to pay to get a parking sticker but there are so many available visitors spots available you probably wont need it.Try to avoid renting from Jorge Garcia! Hes very unprofessional! He doesnt respond to emails or phone calls in a timely manner but when it comes to collecting rent money hes on time! The unit Im renting was a complete mess when I moved in. Closet doors were loose coming off the hinges, doors will not close all the way, microwave not working, garbage disposal not working, dirty ass carpet with stains, refrigerator and freezer was dirty, window blinds broken, and LOTS OF ROACHES! All this before I even moved my furniture in.Overall the place is cool just avoid renting from Jorge Garcia! more ... hide ...

The staff is simple minded this company has a history of hiring incompetent people, that take little pay and show up with trashy attitudes, they have no clue on what professionalism looks like, and thats because corp orate is trash themselves! These communities ask people to go online and leave reviews wow how classy but Im not surprised. You have to actually work hard and provide good customer services on order to receive genuine reviews instead of begging people just to get a false review. more ... hide ...

It nasty my mom is moving they have roaches and they dont even come a fix stuff that broken. My kitchen pipe was lose they didnt fix it my dad had to fix it. They have fights and shoot outs and people are killed ,Drug d illers. Its the projects and its getto and thevs steal and brake in people apartments.DONT LIVE THEIR ITS DANGROUS. Parents let their kid play at a play at a playground it NOT even a playground one man punched a woman and start shooting police are always their.IM SORRY FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THEIR.Once the apartments were peaceful but not know more. more ... hide ...
