The apartments and grounds are pleasant. This is an apartment for seniors and disabled persons. Current manager (2015- 2016) is very unprofessional, unkind, and uncaring for her residents. I have witnessed actual h arassment and double-standards by apartment manager towards residents. Rules that are suddenly enforced for certain residents and not all the residents in the complex. Manager door is kept locked and one must request time. Then, you have to wait......a day or more for a respond. As far as safety, there have been incidents where residents have been threatened and/or accosted violently in the parking lots and their apartments. I have not seen any action to improve safety of residents. Management and maintenance let themselves in your apartment while you are NOT home without notice and without your consent for so-called maintenance issues. Ducks everywhere from nearby pond. Requires cats be leashed. Some residents, but not all... have to leash their pet cats to go outside. Pet cats (vaccinated, fixed, declawed, mostly indoor pets) that have lived there for years and have never been on a leash are suddenly (Fall 2015) supposed to be leashed to go outside. Beloved cats are disappearing without a trace! more ... hide ...

They need to offer negative stars. This place should be ashamed of itself! The therapists are under qualified, its obvious they have NEVER taught any of the subjects they attempt to. The staff consists of rude, arrogant , idiotic, uneducated jerks that have no business at all being around, let alone working with people with TBIs or ANY disabilities.They are extremely understaffed and place people with absolutely zero knowledge not only about the subjects they attempt to teach but about disabilities in general.They play favorites and if you dare question them they punish you by not letting you go on outings which they pay for so thats another way they save money.I was told about this place and how bad it sucked years ago but I thought it had changed. At least thats what they tell everyone.They always get medications and people mixed up and Im surprised a major incident hasnt happened yet.Unfortunately there isnt many other options, affordable options, for people with disabilities and thats very apparent with Mary Lee continuing to operate.I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do yourself and your insurance company a favor and go somewhere else. You will thank me later.The only favorable comments you see are posted by the staff.The daily schedule consists of maybe three classes on a good day and one of those is grocery shopping. more ... hide ...

I have Been Staying here for over A Yr Now And Im very Satisfied! It started off Rocky But I must Say Its Going Very Good! I have been through some hard times while staying here and The Management never made me f eel ANY KIND OF WAY ABOUT IT! They are very HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING!!!! So nice and very genuine!!! When I need something fixed they make sure it gets done! Thank You So Much Ladies for the hard work!!! Yall are Amazing! And Im So Blessed To Be Stay Here! more ... hide ...
