I lived here for two years its bn a nightmare the manager is rude and has filed false accusations against me she has come to the point where she even has evicted me without a cause Im taking it to court cause I have pape rwork that prospera has not want to help me in anyway this are government apartments and they do not care if they steal from you they protect themselfs its a shame my neighbors have problems as well but dont say or do anything about it cause they are afraid to loose their apartment thats why they are retaliationig against me I hope people see this and stand up for what they believe in. Well, this place is terrible. I still reside here and after 6mo I can say with all honesty Ive given them an opportunity to prove themselves. Management officer recently change to Sandra Diaz. But I have yet to see impro vement. The alley next to my building, #13 is still being used as a dumpster. Ive seen tenants and maintance staff just come and dump it there. Literally old furniture, appliances and branches are just thrown out there in the open, it creates pests environment and it affects the anesthetics of the residential. The walls are paper thin and I can clearly hear ALL THAT IS BEING SAID AND DONE NEXT DOOR. Ive call the cops for noise complaints and for violence incidents. I dont know why I bother to pay 750dlls to live under these unsafe conditions. They also allow tenants to walk their pets without a leash and WILL NOT FINE THEM FOR NOT PICKING AFTER THEIR PETS. Ive been chased down TWICE in different occasions by an unleashed pet. In the summer time people drink in the pool and trash the common playground area. This place needs to SERIOUSLY START FINING TENANTS SO THEY OBEY COMMON BEHAVIOR STANDARDS. more ... hide ...

I find that the messages are late sometimes but it is to hard for me right now to come in the main building. The only time I was in the main building was when I signed my first lease for move in. Also I have not had any plants in my front flowerbed for 2 years now. Everyone else has something in front but not mine and I pay full rent every month. Also the recent increase in rent is helping Mariposa but $160.00 more as month seems extreme. I know the cost of living is on the rise, everything has increased in price except my monthly check. But no worries if the rent keeps rising like this I will soon be able to apply for discounted rent. I think the new management is doing a good job. I hear less complaints from some of the residents. I think there are to many texts that you send get canceled or rescheduled to another date and I know that happens but lately a lot The increase in maintenance had helped a lot and more is getting done and it is looking better. Dont ever move here.Mold in all the units Ive been in and all they do is paint over it. Theres roaches & gnats everywhere. I kept my apartment spotless and still had problems with bugs and mold. Theres trash everywhere o utside. Ive had my car vandalized two times and nothing was done. Children set a fire next to my unit and nothing was done. There is no security on duty at all.Office staff is beyond rude. And the manager of Dominium is rude also. She talks to you like youre nothing. Ive had items stolen out of my apartment when the maintenance comes when Im out. A $500 necklace is MISSING. the office staff stole my rent money and when I found out about it they said they cant return it. They will just credit it.
