I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and it is the worst place I have ever rented. My car was towed from the property because I tired to register it and they tried to charge me 100 dollars a month for someth ing that should have been free. My bathroom ceiling leaked for 4 months even though I complained about it every week. Eventually it collapsed on thanks giving morning revealing mold. There idea of fixing the problem was to ove it up with dry wall and spackle. They didnt want to renew anyones lease because they didnt want the people one housing assistance to live there anymore. My lease expired and moved to a month to month basis. Honestly if you have a choice do not and I meant it do not move in there. more ... hide ...

Came to visit a love one car got towed wasnt even here 1hr the office was closed they have new policy you have to register your car online with towing company I was told by the tow company my car wasnt register as visitor I had a screenshot showing Im register they said its as a resident so Im confused because I didnt see option for visitor the lady said there went back its there but my car is registered to my love one apartment I was in visitor which say 24 hrs Ive come here many time car never got towed now $260 to get a car out ! You have all these rules for parking but gate wide open , no security like seriously visitors parking you shouldnt be getting towed out of visitors what the point of the 24hors on the ground if you gone tow me even when being registered and in visitors crazy !!!! The towing company rude ! The pound service where car broke towed rude more ... hide ...

I lived there for six years I moved out last year on July 2021 and I left that apartment clean the only thing I was not able to clean was the oven and that was due to my knee surgery , yes I did not expect to get all My deposit back However i did report so many times broken items but they would always say they on back order...I MEAN ALWAYS...many times the turnover rate of managers was insane,I have called several times and emailed the Manger 4 maybe 5 times to see about the result of the deposit and I would like a detailed explanation of how it was calculated...it is now 7 months later and nothing,..she has stated she will send it in mail on Friday and she waiting on something or other.. It really saddens me that this has happened since I stayed there so many years endured an roach infestation that was never truly dealt with...I literally threw away so many belongings because of that and still either the manager or the companyAre just plain money hungry, lying and taking advantage of the disabled/disadvantaged people who live in these crime ridden areas. So much violence happens in those apartments and those gates worked one time in all those years I lived there. There is no good cameras and the lighting is a joke. more ... hide ...

ITS STORY TIMEI stayed here for almost a year and even though the previous manager was lenient on my lease term, there were constant issues.Let me just say this place looks like it survived the Battle of Fallujah. Ive li terally slept in dirt holes and felt more at home than I did in this place.When I signed my lease in the office, it wreaked of weed. My first week I lost my AC in August and had to leave due to the overwhelming heat. That took 3 days which also created condensation in my bathroom that leaked on the floor. My mail had to be delivered to the manager because my mailbox was broken. Took a month before I have up and fixed it myself which took 2 minutes. Smoke would leave from the bottom floor and ruin my clothes on the 2nd floor. (Manager lived beneath me). It wasnt unusual to see the cops at the complex every 2-3 days. Discovered that someone was dealing drugs out of their apartment. Manager made constant jokes about doing drugs. My noise complaints consisted of the manager saying \"its probably the AC unit.\" Washer/Dryer machines would have standing water in them.If youve made it this far and you think that its still a suitable place to raise a family, please consider this last encounter with them.I moved out in May of 2017. Lease contract requires that they have to give your deposit back WITHIN 45 days if there wasnt any damages etc. New management took over and I had to explain my case that Ive never received my deposit after 45 days. I spoke to Heather multiple times getting told that she had to talk to maintenance to see if their was any damages after being out for over 2 months. After the 5th time of talking yo Heather and getting no where, she tried bargaining with me and asking if I would be \"content with 50 dollars\" (my deposit was 99). Not only did they breach contract, but she illegally tried to withhold my deposit.After almost reporting them to the BBB, I somehow talked to the corporate office and explained my case yet again. They told me that they couldnt find my file and that they had no idea this was going on. You can probably picture my surprised face. 2 days later, they sent my deposit. What a nightmare and I hope that place gets sued and shut down! more ... hide ...
