Im a 42yearold single female who has a 15 lb male service dog who is very well trained and is 7 and 12 years old and does not bark unless startled Im looking for a one bedroom apartment townhouse house loft or anything that fits under that criteria of one bedroom I have a section 8 tenant based voucher that was issued today January 26th 2023 via Santa Monica Housing authority I own a vehicle outright so a parking space would be a bonus to keep it safe Im a responsible clean tenant who enjoys a quiet space I am respectful of neighbors I keep the space that I live in very nice and I do not have any history of losing any deposits to damage or dirtiness The last place I lived in was in Santa Monica But unfortunately due to some job changes and domestic violence I was living in my vehicle before I received this voucher I was able to maintain my self with the gym membership I do not have any psychological impairments that would cause any incidents The person that abused me is in federal prison and will remain there for a while so theres no risk of him causing any issue as well I would appreciate the opportunity to apply for section 8 housing so that this voucher does not go to waste I am wager to move in get my life stabilized and get back to working My goal is to get off the voucher program as quickly as possible Im used to being very selfsufficient and I appreciate this help being given to me so that I can get back to that status Thank you
