I dont have a background The first apartment I stayed in been living over there from #*#*# hidden# Then moved out of that apartment because I got approved for housing and that apartment complex dont take housing So the other apartment I moved into in 2020 was a 1 bedroom but have a voucher for a 2 bedroom 2 bath which I moved to a 2 bed 2 bath with my voucher in August of 2021 The 2 bedroom I recently had to move out of December 17th 2022 because the inspection of the apartment failed two times due to a water leak which lead to mold and mildew odor Also the oven hasnt been fixed for a month and put in a work order nothing hasnt been do every since I really wanted to stay in my apartment so I wouldnt have to move I been in the 2 bed room apartment for a year overall the apartment complex been there for 2 years always paid my rent anywhere I stayed I been having good rental history since 2014 up until now Dont owe any apartments anything My credit score is about 584 I am a good tenant and rent always paid on time No problems out of me at all
