Today I was shown a beautiful unit by cori unfortunately I make to much but besides that these apartments look like 1700 apartments Cori is very nice just too bad for myself Hopefully they change income requirements

The new management is awesome Maureen cares about her residentsnand will continue to clean the place up so everyone feels safe and at home If you are looking for a place you should stop in and look around

Save yourself the headache and dont rent here Management is the worst Ive ever experienced Not friendly Extremely unprofessional and very rude Office is locked all the time even though shes sitting in there You have to play a guessing game as to when Save yourself the headache and dont rent here Management is the worst Ive ever experienced Not friendly Extremely unprofessional and very rude Office is locked all the time even though shes sitting in there You have to play a guessing game as to when you can pay your rent because the office is always locked She acts put out when you ask her to do her job This isnt just on one occasion every single time Ive asked her to do her job she gets pissed off and acts like youre bothering her Theres a workout room and a computer room but you can never use them because the main door is always locked Whats the point in having them if we cant use them They also lie and dont keep scheduled appointments then try and say its your fault It makes absolutely no sense When I signed my lease I was promised there would be security guards herea lie I was also told there would be an on site laundry room guess what another liennThe apartments themselves are very poorly made Walls are paper thin you can hear people 2 floors away Windows are cheap and let in lots of cold air No hot water and they lock the closet containing the hot water heater There is no water pressure in the bathrooms In my opinion corners were cut A construction guy working here told me they feel theyre being rushed just so they can get the units filled as quick as possible they arent given the time necessary to do a quality job They dont shovel the stairs when it snows making them unsafe for tenants and guestsnnI thought having a nice apartment would make up for having unprofessional rude management but I was wrong The apartments arent that nice and nothing is worth being harassed by a manager who clearly doesnt have a clue about customer service Someone needs to sit her down and explain that the tenants are the customers We pay her salary without us she wouldnt have this job I have spoken to a lot of my neighbors and most of them have similar complaints If youre looking for a quiet peaceful place to call home where youre treated with courtesy and respect these apartments arent for you more ... hide ...
