These apartments are terrible I do not recommend any move here they need major work and maintenance is terrible they never.clean or keep outside of the buildings nice I couldnt even have company..theres drug activity, th e people of work on the leading.g office seems to be people who are on drugs... more ... hide ...

I had a client that lived there. It seemed nice. Everyone I met seemed nice. Mostly it was clean. It is low income, however, it was somewhere I wouldnt mind living. Nice day room. WIFI in the building etc. etc. I know that it has been sold and expecting to be rejuvenated. It seems like there wouldnt be a lot to be done IMO. However, my access was mostly on the 3rd floor. I have not had a single problem living here. The management team is very nice and prompt in their response. The house is ECO friendly once you learn how to effectively use a heat pump system and properly inslulate your h ome. Neighbors can be quirky but thats anywhere you live. As for break ins, I have invested in in-home security measures like cameras and alarms, the same kind my friends and family have that OWN their own home and have not had anything stolen or broken in to. I feel both safe AND comfortable where I am. My only wish was bigger deck/patios for more private outdoor living spaces. I love that they take pets, just dont care for the 25 dollars extra per month ON TOP of the 250.00 pet deposit. I would also like to see better trimming/weedeating with the lawn care but am not opposed to doing that much myself. I love the speed bumps that keep the kids safer than most neighborhoods. It really is a good place to live with a corporate type landlord that gets things done. If I asked for anything more Id be paying a lot more, which I dont want to do. more ... hide ...
