I really like the size and the look of my apt. i have a really nice 3rd story balcony view of the pool which is kept up nicely. my apt has a loft with one bedroom on the main floor. it also comes with a washer and dryer hookup, i guess the storage space is adequate. a few things could have been touched up before moving in but nothing terribly serious. Elaine was who we who helped us while waiting to be approved, shes really awesome and seemed to be more willing to help and answer any questions that we had. A few things that i hate are the parking lot and hallway area. the parking area is full of pot holes that are awful to drive over, i got a flat because of them. they patched them up and 1 week later they where maybe even a little worse. The hallway area is full of nasty carpet that has been that way since the day we were shown around the unit. We were told that they would be cleaned soon, weve been here for 6 months and the are still filthy and smelly! and the filth is getting worse. its So embarrassing when we have family and friends come visit us.And anytime weve had problems with anything in the apartment it always gets fixed, not right away though. maintenance is really slow you have to continue calling until they come. we havent had anything major to break on us so im not sure how fast they would respond if that were to happen. i would imagine that if something serious were to happen it would be taken care of right away.So with that being said if i could stay in inside my apt so that i cant see the surroundings or maybe i could have my visitors close their eyes while making there way to my apt lbvs! it would be a better experience for myself and my husband. more ... hide ...

BED BUGS !!!! I cant do a negative, but BED BUGS are through out this building here. On every floor and in all portions of A, B, and C sections of the premises. Drive by and see the furniture at the dumpsters with BE D BUGS written or sprayed on the mattresses! They are under strict policies for every tenant that lives there, including no visitors in or out of your own apartment if you have bed bugs, been sprayed, waiting to be cleared. Stop by and ask tenants outside! The place will appear clean but the bugs are small and hide, or they will be carried in to your apartment because of the number of residents that have been treated and still infested. I would not recommend to one who cares about not having these bugs, dont rent here. more ... hide ...
