Worst management and maintenance ever. I wouldnt even recommend a homeless man to try to live here. Its a joke here. My pipes have been frozen and heat hasnt worked in days !!! My girlfriend was over whi le I was at work and it started flooding! They called to tell me shes cant live with me. I AM ALLOWED TO HAVE FRIENDS OVER. Then when I say how Ive went days without heats she says oh Ill call you back. Its midnight and still waiting in my very cold and flooded apartment to hear a call about my hotel.PATHEIC POS BUSINESS . Worthless ! My pipes freeze every winter and after two years I found out there wasnt even insulation in the walls. PATHEIC . I wouldnt even suggest a homeless man lives here. more ... hide ...

The staff is supportive but follow the rules. This place was a true dump before Lockwood took over--I was disgusted at the apartment I was shown. That isnt family--that is laziness and terrible management. Luckily I c ame back--the place is clean, new and safe. The water is hot, the roads are plowed, and the staff do go out of their way to help--and I needed help. I understand they have to be rigid--look at the way the place was run previously! I moved out of this apartment 4 years ago after the landlord said that someone else had subleased my apartment due to me losing my job and just recently they have started garnishing my wages due to nonpayment. This place is a joke and if you decide to live here beware of the landlord being very very scummy. I had tried to reach her to talk about this and she never responded. I left voice mails and everything. She is not very good at her job and the apartment complex needs to find someone else that is competent. more ... hide ...

The maintenance team is top notch. They were prompt and always polite. We had a three bedroom townhouse, it was dated, but very clean. I have seen that they are remodeling and updating units, with new flooring and kitche ns.We enjoyed the walking trails in the woods behind the complex. There are a couple different trails to choose from in the area. Willow Creek is also located very close to shopping and restaurants. more ... hide ...
