I enjoy living here at Grandview Apartments! Everything is so nice and clean. Management are kind and helpful. The people here are friendly. Its a convenient plac to live too! Close to everything. Right on bus line.

I have lived here for 10 months and I been ready to move. I dont have the income to do so yet. These police ass apartments is dirty and filled with drunks and drug dealers. People stay yelling and fight in the halls. Whe n in the house you can still hear them yell from down the halls through the thin walls.The apartments are filthy and have roaches and ants. All your heat goes out the windows because of the cracks in the windows. My heat stays on 80+ in order to keep my small apartment warm. Security that be at the front desk has to sign everyone in and out. My guest could walk to the store across the street, they would have to sign out and sign back in when they return. Security always have an attitude with everyone who come in the building whether they live here or not. They are always swearing and making threats to everyone. My younger sister comes to help me cause Im currently 8 months pregnant and on bed rest. Since shes under the age of 18 I have to go down stairs to the front door just to get her. I also had problems with both the kitchen and bathroom sink since Iv moved in. I just got them both fixed as of last month. I was without heat for a week because the motor went out in the vent. The man who fix things didnt know what he was doing the 3 different times he showed up. So they called someone from the outside to do the work. This was my first and worst place I have ever lived. Im young and still got some learning to do but I have learned my lesson. Always look into things first. Im the first to review this place so I wouldnt have known anyways. Im letting everyone else know what no one never told me. I will be moving out when I get off bed rest and back to working again. Im so excited and cant wait! My father didnt like living at Villa Maria. He stayed seven years because he couldnt afford a better place, but he hated the food and felt the office staff were indifferent, though the housekeeping staff was kind to him.When they lost power for several days last year, I got a call from a housekeeper (not anyone in management) to inform me that I needed to come pick up my father. When I asked how I could get him down three flights of stairs without an elevator, I was told that was my problem to figure out.He wasnt refunded any money for the time without heat, phones, power, or hot meals, but when he was forced to move due to his health, they made sure to charge him for four extra days of all of those things because he could only give 26 days notice. Never mind that they got the keys to a clean empty apartment six days before the end of the month, and he hadnt even stepped foot in the paid for apartment for 53 days. Nice way to treat an 89-year-old man theyd made a huge profit from during those 53 days. more ... hide ...

Ive tried to be pleasant to her on numerous occasions but she just cant h elp herself in being pleasant to others. I can read, I can write and I have an Associate degree in business. I also have common sense and what she wont be able to do is run over me. Shes a bully and doesnt like to be bullied back. We are people seeking a place to live, take care of business to live and maintaining our business to avoid being in a position where we cant live.
