Im writing on behalf of my Mom, now in her late 80s, who lived at Westminster for approaching 9 years, and recently moved on to a skilled nursing facility.My Mom definitely enjoyed her time at Westminster. Her neighbors were friendly, she made friends, and enjoyed many activities. The laundry was readily accessible, even with her being in a wheelchair. My Dad and I enjoyed visiting as well.The staff has been very good over the years, and the current team upholds that high standard. They were extremely helpful, communicative, and coopertive, helping me make arrangements, as I moved Moms stuff out, and cleaned her apartment. The most recent set of updates are very attractive at the property.Its a good location, with shopping nearby, and right on the bus line as well. I know my Mom enjoyed the GoBus service, which regularly picked her up for her visits around town. Since neither of my parents drove, being on the bus line was a nice plus. more ... hide ...

I can not stress the fact the the new management were very unprofessional. Every since Ms Sharp left things just went downhill except maintenance. I stayed here from 2014 and all the way up until February 2021. Everythin g was all good until it became under different management unprofessional. I wrote statements, sent emails and I have called about complaints ..my car even recently got broken into and the steering wheel was stolen out of my car out of all the 7 years Ive stayed here. I was supposed to been gone but Covid messed up everything glad I got out of there on time if you stay here please do not stay under people with kids because if you complain about that itll just be a waste of time, one ear and out the other and that was my problem besides management being unprofessional every since Miss Sharp left she was one of the best managers Ive dealt with when I stayed here I believe it became under new management almost 2 years ago. Yes it was convenient and cheaper but if I had to move and pay more for my piece then thats just what it was its not like I was ever late with my rent or was a bad tenant I was even living alone no complaints no nothing about myself that I was even aware of. more ... hide ...

I live here,owners want my unit to charge more.Refused my rent,submittedfake court docs.Served nite B4 Court!At 62, to be homeless. For4 yrs, as disabled, promised Im 1st on list for 1stFlr unit. Never offered despite av ail. Violate your Fed Hsg&ADA rights.MgrAmandaStaples cover her errors by blaming tenants then puts that in your file. She intentionally misquotes you for her benefit.I started documenting her lies. Tenants are great, like family. Good luck,be careful more ... hide ...

The apartments are very nice.However, There are some major and minor discrepcies that require some identification and merit concern.Saff: Invasive, rumor spreading, and down right condesending. In many cases there strong ties to nepotism, theft from apartments. And down right invasion of privicy.Drugs: I dont know if it is the family members that live there or is staff is involoved but bag transfers in the evening hours, by the same individuals and cars, anyone one see except the police and staff. Hmmmmm.Residents: There is a clutch of seniors who make it their business to know yours. They lie about their neighbors, and foster a hostile environment. God forbid if you have a tiny dog. They cover their hands and want to pet your dog. Your dog licks your hands. That night your rushing your dog to Vet Emergency because your pet ingested a toxic substance. Really???And the same neighbors are the ones falling asleep with lit cigarettes. Burning dry cereal in microwaves.Oh yeah, no clear cut plan for evacuation in the event the Marathon Plant goes blooey.Oh the security cameras are nothing but eyewash. To old and dim for anything else.And if you trip and fall, they are not at fault. Not even for the medical bills. more ... hide ...
