Save yourself some headache. The office is open 9am-2pm Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I talked to the office manager on a Friday (through fb) and scheduled to bring her in an application the following da y, Saturday. She said she would be there between 9-2 and we showed up at 9. Waited for an hour and a half with no response to calls OR messages. Very unprofessional. Shouldve said whenever I feel like showing up between 9-2 not Ill be in the office from 9-2. These ppl are full of ****. They want you to communicate with them regarding rent and will work with you, but they want to send you to court for $4.15. They better be happy I am not living there because I would have stat e all over that place. Matter of fact, I think I just might do it anyways because people living in buildings that are not passing inspection. They trying to get a woman with her disable child to move in a building that is not passing inspection. I think I will contact the news as well as state. more ... hide ...

Melinda or Belinda has horrible customer service. People feel her nice nasty attitude. She has no answers for future residents and gets frustrated when you ask her a question. She thinks that she is being professional bu t does not have patience with anyone. My first phone call with her she was frustrated because I needed an understanding of how things work and the process once I applied. She had no answers for me. When I asked to speak to someone higher up to get answers, she got upset and said \"they are going to tell you the same thing\" she doesnt know what someone else will tell me...and I may understand it from someone who does not have a nasty attitude. So disappointed! She needs to be fired. more ... hide ...

No privacy, apartment was built with cheap material you can literally hear everything thats going on in your neighbors apartment, especially neighbors under you, very thin walls and floors, neighbors are inconsiderate, j ust loud petty and childish, but have the nerve to file noise complaints on you when their the main ones being noisy , 2 stars because the apartments are nice and I like my apartment, but tbh I like old cherry apartments better. more ... hide ...
