Glenwood Commons will fraudulently keep your security deposit, even though there is absolutely no grounds for them to do so. I lived here for almost a year and a half and left my apartment exactly the way I found it. Ins tead of refunding the deposit they are making me pay for a previous tenants disrepair, even though I gave them a list of things needing repair on the day I moved in. The list, along with any knowledge of its whereabouts have suddenly disappeared. I have turned them in to the Better Business Bureau and also filed a complaint with HUD since they are part of the equal housing opportunity program but I highly doubt it will make a difference. The apartments themselves are in a sad state of disrepair and every time it rains pieces of the ceiling fall down throughout the breezeway. I suggest looking elsewhere if youre needing an apartment, or at least be prepared to be taken advantage of when it comes to getting your security deposit back. more ... hide ...
