Im not sure how this place has any good reviews.. my grandma has been going here a little over 2 years, and I dont even know where to begin. We thought this place was the best kept secret in NC when we moved here, howeve r it has just turned into a nightmare. My grandma has dementia, and she literally needs help doing everything. She continuously comes home in clothes that arent hers, and her clothes are never returned. But this is the least of our worries. There is absolutely 0 communication between the illiterate jackasses that run that place and our family. They dont call us, we have to consistently call them, and when we do we get voicemails and no returned calls. She was supposed to have teeth pulled today (friday) and they pulled them Wednesday. When we called to ask why, we got a voicemail and no return call. We called again today and finally got someone, who then said \"i just got so busy\". My family isnt a priority to anyone there. If you dont care about your family by all means put them with these circus clowns and let them die, but they are all just there for a paycheck and dont care about anyone else. The kindness and respect that Mrs Harris gave us was exceptional. The grounds of the property was very clean and the property was very quiet.

First time going there was today and my experience was outstanding. The staff was friendly, kind, patient and very helpful. The entire visit was superb. The Dr and nurse were friendly as well as the Receptionists.

This place is EVICTING people during COVID. Residents who have lost their jobs and waiting for unemployment benefits. They pile on late fees, and are unwilling to work with local agencies to prevent evictions..AVOID thi s place..2 months to get an outlet fixed, mold from bad plumbing..only a few units were fully renovated..most unqualified maintenance staff Ive ever seen.Broken refrigerator took 2 weeks to replace, dryer hookup took 2 months to fix..Go anywhere BUT here more ... hide ...
