The most recent manager (Esa, sorry if spelled wrong), has been amazing and extremely understanding/accommodating. Ive lived here for three years now and shes the best we have ever had (other than when I first mo ved in and the regional manager was helping, shes great too!). I have a lot of physical and mental ailments (chronic), but she has thankfully been very understanding and always helped me with the process of lease renewal and updates at her own expense. Its quiet here too most of the time which is very helpful for my PTSD. more ... hide ...

The worst complex to live at . Management is HORRIBLE . They knew the unit under me had bedbugs and refuse to treat any other units adjacent to it . Until I called housing and complained on them. Even then used a compan y they were good friends with to lie and say they found nothing although one of the exterminators told me they did but then changed his story . CANADY EXTERMINATION . They Also refused to allow a second opinion from any other company , & refused to reimburse me for treatment out of my pockets . Anytime I ask to be present while the exterminator came they would never give me the appointment time . Several times they entered multiple apartments without warning or leaving notice. & that is not even the Half literally . Stay away from these apartments. Garner ,benson and Zebulon.
