For anyone unable to locate the office or phone number, the same office for Eastgate apartments on Stuarts Ferry operates Dawn Villa. You can call them. I dont know why they havent posted that info here themselves.The a partments are older as well as the appliances. The carpeting and flooring are cheap, but decent looking. Maintenance has always been really good at responding and fixing any issues Ive had so they get a 5/5 for that. The place used to be very well priced, but rent keeps going up without them making any improvements at all, so that lowers their score... coupled with the old appliances/buildings and cheap materials used as well as my 2 bedroom apartment having no way to get to the 2nd bedroom other than going through the 1st bedroom, I cannot give higher than a 3/5. I am pretty sure the place used to he an extended stay hotel or something based on the bathroom sink being in a separate room from the shower/toilet and having to go through the 1st bedroom to get to the 2nd.I would still recommend this place to someone looking for a 2 bedroom on a budget. Just make sure your roommate is someone you totally trust because they will be going through your bedroom or you through theirs very often. more ... hide ...

These apartments are really nice. Im glad that the owners had the sense to replace the office manager who was young, rude, and could not get things fixed on time. Her name is Dominique. The new apartment manager, Im not sure what her name is, but shes very sweet & professional. She takes your maintenance issues seriously and have them fixed within 2 days. They dont use that cheap, dull paint on the walls, and their landscape is on point! The complex itself is nice except for a few cars that like to turn their stereo up to the max and couple quarrels here and there (which is normal in apartment settings). The only reason that I didnt give this place a 5 star is because of the constant gun shots from Gaither street which are located behind the apartments and the fact that security only works about 2 days a wk. Hes not out there monitoring the property, instead he sits in his car parked near the office door or hes embarking on his frequent store trips. I have actually ran into him at the gas station which is located 4 miles from the complex during his watch. Safety is a big issue for me which is why I will not be renewing my lease in September. more ... hide ...

It was a horrible experience once dominium employees came. Theyre very rude and look down upon u! The regional manager wouldnt resign my lease because she couldnt control a conversation that she wasnt involved in. She ca lled the police on me making false claims and laughed about putting me and my children out! Amber Pratter is very cold HEARTED and RACIST! U snatched my children and l livelihood away from us for no actual reason with no place to go! I tried reaching the corporate office but they redirected it back to her! Kelsi knows the truth and youre just as wrong for not speaking up to your mom (the regional manager) because you know deep down inside I did nothing wrong! I never had an altercation with anyone in that office until AMBER PRATTER jumped into Kelsi and I conversation. Ive complained about MOLD for 3 mos to 2 different people and nobody came to see about it. My cabinet was about to fall in and I was told that the insurance claim was to expensive so they put a makeshift board to replace it, came and replaced my toilet with a new one but NOBODY DID ANYTHING ABOUT THE MOLD BEHIND IT!**PHOTOS FROM AFTER MOVING MY THINGS OUT. more ... hide ...
