Messy management since Marcrum sold the property. They have rude and unprofessional. They keep changing the rules and post it on their community website not considering people who dont have internet. They threaten people they will terminate them if they dont obey the rules they roll out effective immediately. They dont answer their on-call emergency number and if you leave a message they dont return calls for days. The manager looses important documents and talks to people like they are trash,they started enforced parking for visitors sometime this year now that people are parking correctly or parking on outside the fence on the street they are changing the parking for visitors charging them 5.00 to register and telling people to not park outside the fence saying the neighborhood is complaining. more ... hide ...
