This place was a decent starter apartment where I was thrilled to have a dishwasher and in unit washer and dryer. However, as time went on the problems started to rise up. Maintenance is terrible. They will take an entire week to fix something and when they dont fix it you have to put in another request and wait another week. My shower also would constantly scald me, even when on low to no heat at all and nothing was done. Also, if you cant get a top floor apartment, dont live here. I slept with two fans on, a white noise machine, and ear plugs and would still wake up to the people above me stomping around at 1am to go to bed and waking up at 5am. I never slept until their unit was condemned from bedbugs an entire week. I knew it was time to move out when there were six cop cars that pulled up when I went for an evening walk. The first few months were great, if nothing needs to be fixed about the unit its pretty chill. But since this was built in the 1980s I can guarantee stuff is going to break. The one saving grace was having a fireplace when the power would go out in the winter. Im much happier living in a new construction apartment now and wouldnt recommend this place unless its the only thing you can afford, you could do worse. more ... hide ...

I have lived in 3 different apartments here -- (2) 1-bedroom apts, and (1) 3-bedroom apartment. I moved away to another apartment complex and in 10 wks was right back at PFW. The place is tight on rules, yes, but that means it is clean, maintenance is done in a timely manner, and noise issues are eventually addressed. The only problems I have had, the mgmt has been excellent in helping me find acceptable solutions. The office is always staffed by 2 people and they are helpful and cheerful and know what they are doing. There has been frequent property manager change of personnel, but Laura at the leasing desk has been here a long time and is a pleasure to talk to. The management company - Omnium -- is excellent. So I have lived at Hunter Plaza apartments for almost 2 years I have seen or met several apartment managers it seems like since Ive been here. We just lost one that was really wonderful her name was Chris and the ass istant manager her name is Mariah. The apartments are wonderful to live at the Engineering team Danny and Juan Go above and beyond to fix your repairs they are immediately on it when you put a request in not only do they do it quickly they are super kind and super helpful with any other questions you might have. There is a young lady name Angela that works in the front office she always has a smile on her face she is always willing to answer any questions help me with anything I need and all the other residence one of my favorite things about Angela she always has some good candy that shes willing to share LOL seriously though she is a breath of fresh air when youre walking in from work and you need help so thank you Angela for stewarding your job so well and treating me with such kindness. So let me start out with Mariah the assistant apartment manager I am praying that she becomes the apartment manager this young lady goes above and beyond in every single thing she does. When you go to her about an issue she always has a smile on her face I mean she really takes the time and listens shes always willing to help you answer any questions you have and follow through with it. Mariah with her positive attitude and her smile makes these apartments easy to live at including all the other amenities having a front office team like Angela and Mariah an apartment manager that you can count on an engineering team that you can count on makes it so much better to live at these apartments. The apartments are beautiful they are spacious the price is excellent and you get to live in downtown Fort Worth walking distance to so many things. Thank you so much Hunter Plaza for allowing me to live here thank you so much God for all that you do for me thank you Mariah Angela Danny and Juan for always helping me and being such a great apartment team for me and all the other residents I know they would all agree.
