I have been a PMHA public housing model tenant as our public housing specialist refers to us as The first unit was located on Fairfield Road in Ravenna OH off cleevland road in Ravenna That was a two story duplex that we moved into when my son was 6 months old and we were very comfortable and content there eve though the neighborhood we lived in was a replica of the getto neighborhoodThat had 2 drive bys always arguments or cops in there and constant drama in a coldisac However we lived there for 6 years and We never had a missed rent payment or late fee we were never evicted from any unit ive ever lived in We maintained a clean home and clean back and front yard and driveways We never had any utilities cut off failed a inspection of any kind ever had police show up any legal issues any damages to the unit unless do to normal wear and tear that we never even usually reported because we did most of the damages fixed on our own we have never been reported by someone or any fights with other tenants we never had noise reports or had any kinds of police called because of negitive things other did to us We never had much company or never had the police called on us because of my company or noise reprts We never had any parties or really company at all we then moved to Townsquare Villas behind wendys parking lot in BrimfieldKent areas when Rykeer was finally allowed to get handicapped unit housing because ower homes we did live in was 2 stories and he became so heavy that we could no longer carry him up and down the steps Which the steps became our worse enemy towards the end So finally one day we were notified that a handicapped accessible unit was vacent and when I found out were i was so excited because that was the area that all my family lives in portage county So it was also so much quiter and less drama and way way quiter So we viewed the unit and fell in love and still now reside in the same handicapped unit in Brimfield OH and my son now also is a field local schools area Which is my favorite portage county school area
