I love it all appliances are included, central air, the staff are respectful, they have a nice computer lab, although my kids are too young they have weekly tutoring for the children. The staff also sends birthday cards to the tenants which is very thoughtful. Maintenance is QUICK, & the neighborhood is quiet literally everyone minds their own business its only a very few nights when people hang outside at night which ISNT much!!! I literally have dont have complaints with Hamilton Crossings management. however CMA (Property owners) is a COMPLETELY different story they can me misleading with their paperwork and their wording GET EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AND SIGNED with them. more ... hide ...

My boyfriend and I moved into our apartment April 23rd 2022. Getting in to this apartment is a long process and if the process was faster I wouldve given a 5/5! You have to provide an extreme amount of documents but I understand why all of the documentation is required. - Although it doesnt change the fact that it is a long and sometimes extreme process. When we got accepted Tenae (sorry if I misspelled), was extremely helpful with move-in day and so nice about everything. Our apartment was perfect and exactly what we wanted. We have never had any issues with hot water or anything. Although the only air conditioning is an in window unit there is an auto setting so it would work like a standard air conditioning unit would and kicks on when your apartment needs to be cooled according to the temp you set it on. Some of these reviews are extremely harsh and these people need to understand they live in an apartment and they are going to hear their neighbors come and go and occasionally if they are being loud. Continuing the loud noises or arguments obviously warrants a noise complaint but you cant expect complete peace when you are paying apartment prices. Everything is extremely expensive these days so unfortunately this is the new apartment rate and you just have to deal with it or pay $1200+ a month for renting a house of your own. Also; when we moved in the apartment was clean, and they put a new toilet seat on which was appreciated. We also have a dog who loves it here and thoroughly enjoys the dog park. Lived here for about 6 months and have had a great experience so far. The units are clean and look exactly like the pictures/model unit. The community is quiet and the property is very well maintained. I saw some negativ e reviews about maintenance before moving in which had me a little worried, but so far weve had two times where we needed something, both non-urgent, and both times they came by the morning after we submitted the request. the only complaint I have is that they dont do recycling. more ... hide ...

.... out of the 7 years my family lived here this place has went down. When autumn was over oaks the place was well kept and clean. After numerous new owners/landlords this place has went down. Do not move here. Its really disgusting . Trash is everywhere when u first enter. Just take a drive thru during the day when u have a chance and see for yourself... the landlord Monique is very unprofessional... she only comes out literally to see if everyone is parking legally when theres barely any space. She NEVER take care of the property went 2 months without cutting the grass or maybe longer. She never answer the phone. The list goes on and on.. The management is a joke. Anybody can live here. They come and destroy the townhouses. Dont move here. If you dont believe me come see for yourself during the day after school. Look at the trash outside around the homes. This place is a big joke. I can run the property myself and I dont have any experience and will do way better. more ... hide ...
