I actually moved out of these apartments about 6 months ago. I lived here for 5 1/2 years too long. It was my first place I started with young. For the first couple years I had good neighbors, they left and I had new ne ighbors from hell. Just party on the steps. Dont work or do anything with their lives. The leasing manager that started in 2014 is beyond rude. Something is wrong with that girl, always had a attitude. She treated the residents like she was better, when she wasnt. She was just a leasing manager with a dented up Ford Taurus. I had to refrain from snapping on her so many times. It was a great feeling when I got that 2nd job and got out of there. I have lived at Thomas Taylor towers for six years. The staff here is amazing they go out of their way to help anyone at any time. During this COVID-19 issue, the staff made sure that everybody in this complex was safe t hat we were taken care of and that nobody was left behind. They contacted people to make sure they were okay they came in and brought floor rep supplies to help keep their floor running. The office had to stay away due to the Lockdown from the governor but that never stopped them from coming in and checking on the building checking on the resident and making sure that we were all taken care of. The staff in this apartment complex is amazing they are all hard-working individuals that care about the building and care about the residence. Also, this not Assisted Living nor is it a Nursing Home. This is Independent Living. more ... hide ...

Ill start with saying I have LOVED living here. I came across Arbor Club during a visit to Ann Arbor to find a place before relocating from Texas for work.The property itself is well maintained (updates being made v ery year it seems). I was able to move into a newly renovated unit that had both Gas stove and in unit washer and dryer!The maintenance team and management have been nothing but exemplary! Maintenance are prompt and timely with any service requests I have had. Same can be said about the office team as well! Both interact with a positive, friendly manner and made me feel right at home.Interactions have been great with neighbors as well, was nice some even made a little home garden by the maintenance shed. I look forwards to attempting to green thumb some here this spring and summer!I highly recommend living here if you have the opportunity more ... hide ...
