My mom just moved in and we are so pleased with this place. Seniors only was a nice surprise and perfect for my older handicap mother. The place is beautiful inside and out and very well maintained. The maintenance man K evin was so very nice and helpful. I had such a pleasant interaction with the manager Patti. All the ladies we met so far are super sweet. There are so many group activities that my mom can actually participate in and shes making lots of friends. Thank you so much for getting her in so quickly Patti. more ... hide ...

infested with mice... they refuse to fix anything, had no heat in the dead of winter during a blizzard for over a week had to get a hotel when they finally did fix the heat they broke the central air and then charged us for it.... they called us a cry baby cause we kept complaining that our stove wasnt working for over 3 months we didnt have a stove... more ... hide ...

My experience at Harper Square has been unmatched. This place rocks and the manager has been nothing but pleasant and understanding. I cannot wait for the community to have an opening. Another bonus is they actually answ er the phone. I have called a few other properties and no one ever answers the phones anymore. Kimberly was very professional and pleasant even in person as she is on the phone. Fingers crossed I will call Harper Square my home very soon! more ... hide ...

I only gave one star because I had too. I mailed and faxed a appeal to them regarding my application for a property I applied for that was denied in error to them. I attached all my proof and documentation. I called Kri sten who did contact me back on 11/01/18 back I left a message and stated in the message that nobody has contacted me back. Per Kristen, she had not received any of my appeal information and someone else may have picked it up from the fax. After we gotten off the phone, I faxed the appeal again to her attn. I called today 11/05/18 to check the status of the appeal and to verify that the fax was received and I didnt get a call back. The apartment complex I applied with Oxford Square coop dont answer the phone or this management company. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will complain on every review site I can find. Sharon never answer the phone in the office. The office is full of paper where anyone can walk in and get anyone information laying on the desk. more ... hide ...
