If you were looking for a good Community with gated access, security on-site, and a true Community feel this is the place for you.I have been living here for over a year and very happy with my decision. The office staff is very kind and sweet and works hard to build a community atmosphere. The maintenance staff is very nice and get some work orders done in a timely manner.I appreciate living in a gated community with my own personal garage, driveway, and nice back patio. The hard wood floors, huge closets, and fireplace also make things feel like home. This is the closest I could get to having a house without all of the upkeep headaches.If you are looking for a nice quiet community that is kid friendly this is the place. I have lived here for almost a year now, and I can tell you from experience that this place is horrible. The management staff sucks! They are very rude and if something breaks, well you are better off trying to fix it yo urself because it takes them forever to fix it. If and when they finally show up to fix it the issue, its a half ass job. There is absolutely no where to park. Everyone is assigned one parking space and if you have two cars, well you are screwed. If you park in a visitors place then you risk getting your car towed!! The neighbors are disgusting. They throw their garbage just anywhere; so the complex is always a mess. You walk through garbage on the daily. If I could give less than a star I would, because believe me they dont deserve it. I am only trying to complete out my lease otherwise I would have left months ago.DONT MOVE HERE ITS A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! more ... hide ...

I found out about these apartments through a friend of my mother. To be honest, I was initially reserved about even visiting because of the distance between the complex and my friends. Im so happy I decided to check them out. The apartments are beautiful and the surrounding area is convenient to shopping, grocery stores and entertainment. The drive to my friends is a bit far but the pros far outweigh the cons. As for the staff, everyone that Ive interacted with have been pleasant and professional. While I dont know the details surrounding some of the negative reviews, I know enough about life to know that there are usually three sides to every story...Each persons side and the the side thats in the middle...In other words, take the negative with a grain of salt and check the place out for yourself. more ... hide ...
