Management charged me 500 dollors for a window replacement when it was the manufacturer who made a mistake. Look out! All of my windows have problems staying up or not pulling down. I have to get on a ladder to make sure its pulled down properly. 2 other windows wont shut properly. Of course, you will pay for everything. If they find any damages you will pay their price or get out. You will not be able to prove you are not liable. They are the law. There is not any hot water when I want to take a shower. I have to hit the reset button and wait 30 minutes to shower, constantly. I am not happy here and have lived in apartments for 15 years. more ... hide ...

As a leasing agent myself, I am disappointed at how I was treated. I was helping one of our propertys prospects out and potentially give this complex a lease. They had called the complex and left a message when nobod y answered and hours later there was still no return call. I called and luckily got an answer however when Kelsey(?) rudely answered, She spoke so fast. When I asked her availability she said none. I said, when will you get availability? she rudely said we dont have any -we are on a waitlistShe didnt ask to take down my information or see if I wanted to be put on the waitlist or anything further. You could tell she was eager to get off the phone and uninterested in business. Yikes! Please work on your staff and how they treat prospects, you never know if youre going to lose a lease over an attitude more ... hide ...
